Hydroponics, the technique of growing plants without soil by using mineral nutrient solutions in an aqueous solvent, has fascinated me due to its efficiency and sustainability. Together with my husband, we established Sprout & About Acres, a venture that aims to provide our local community with healthy and nutritious produce. Our mission is not only to supply fresh, chemical-free microgreens but also to educate others about the benefits of hydroponic growing techniques. We believe that by sharing our knowledge and passion, we can inspire others to grow their own food and appreciate the value of sustainable practices.
